TRIMMINGS:  Trimmings must be clear, free of hair, blood clots and must have tag numbers.  We reserve the right to dispose of any game that is spoiled.  There will be an extra charge for excessively dirty trim.

PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry to say we will not be taking whole carcus skin-on deer. We will still be taking boneless trim and skinless leg quarters to make your favorite sausage and jerky.
The turnaround times will be faster because of this. Thank you, we appreciate your business.

*Extra charges will apply for deer and sausage that is not picked up within 2 weeks of the notification call.

PROCESSING SERVICES AND FEES

We will bone-out leg quarters (Please no rib cages) $1.50 lb

We will cut whole deer that have the hide removed.

Please don’t cut the tendons of the hind legs so we can hang them – $100.00 per deer

If you make your own sausage:
We provide beef and pork trimmings, beef tallow. (seasoning made to order).
High temp cheese, casings, food grade bags and wrapping paper.

We will not be taking wild game in July and August – Plan Accordingly.
